Carolina Business Solutions, Inc. was started in 1996 to be the IT provider for small businesses and the home PC owner serving Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.  Medium and large businesses must have an internal IT staff to respond to the daily problems.  However, small businesses do not need to have a dedicated IT person nor can they afford it.  CBSI is the IT department for the small business and the home PC owner.  As your IT department, CBSI will be responsive to your computer and network failures as well as providing you expert technology solutions to make your business run more efficiently and profitably.

CBSI does not specialize in any one industry and has earned a client base that encompasses a large variety of industries.  This experience has allowed us to gain valuable knowledge into the business operations of many businesses and apply that knowledge to improve the operations of our clients thru the effective use of technology.

It’s important to understand that having a competent and reliable IT partner can help a business achieve a competitive edge on the competition as well as minimize and reduce headaches from technology related problems in your day to day activities.  The first task we perform for a new client is a comprehensive network and system analysis and assessment.  We then provide and review with the client a prioritized to-do list.  This allows us to get to know the client’s existing technology and provides the client with a list of what needs to be done and at what cost.
